Restaurant of author’s cuisine rooted in the territory where the product and technique are the protagonists.

After a long experience from its original Piemont through the Savoy stoves of London, Gaig, El dorado Petit among others opens its establishment in Caldes de Montbui, village of Vallès Oriental to offer a gastronomic proposal based on the seasonal product and offer a menu that is a compendium of respect to the tradition but with elements of modernity.

The restaurant has 7 tables and two environments to respect the maximum intimacy and comfort. In addition there are two menus, the one of tasting and the one of the territory that reflect so much the culinary restlessness as its experience.
