We are a family of field for many generations and that today we live even till our fields and raise our animals as has always been done. Although we have adapted ourselves to the modern times in terms of machinery, we are still trying to become self-sufficient, caring for our garden, our fruit trees and as not, our animals. As a business we have a small farm of dairy cows.
The year 2012 we opened a rural classroom, to teach the children and their families as he lives and works in a traditional country house. Come learn how jams and preserves in a natural way, with seasonal products and no preservatives or any type of additive, are made as they have been in a country house.
The workshop lasts 3 to 4 hours and always starts with a small tasting of coffee, milk recently ranked and home coca. We are now ready to start the workshop of jams and preserves that at the end we can already provide, and take home.
